Hari ni 1st time kte masuk kelas Public International Law...dan slama seminggu taaruf week ngan subjek2 sem br kali nih...kte tlh jatuh cinta dan sgt suka subjek nih...wpun it was only a brief introduction on public international law but Associate Prof Muhd Naqib had xplained it very well... kt sgt suka bl dye sentuh sal isu international law..moreover on Palestine issues..
Asc Prof M. Naqib said that Israel had infringed Article 2 Para 4 of United Nation charter where it said that "All members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Purposes of the United Nations"...
Back on history, Palestine was one of Ottoman's territories...after integration of Ottoman Empayar,(where a few Muslims had betrayed their own Ummah n had corporated with United Kingdom)..as a result, United Kingdom had promised on Jewish that they will get their home on the Palestine land..this was clearly stated on Balfour declaration 1917 where the decalaration stated that the british Government supported the creation of a national home for the Jewish people in Palestine. With the end of World War 1, Britain was given a mandate over the area known as Palestine, which it had conquered from the Ottomans...among word stated on Balfour declaration are :
"His Majesty's government view with favour the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people, and will use their best endeavours to facilitate the achievement of this object, it being clearly understood that nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine, or the rights and political status enjoyed by Jews in any other country...

since that Israel became more rude and braver over the Palestinian where people around the world couldn't do anything against them event hough it was clearly showed that they had infringed Article 2 para 4 of United Nation charter..

Mungkin apa yang berlaku keatas Palestin kini adlh slh umat Islam sendiri..kerana ketamakan dan menginginkan kekuasaan mereka berpecah belah dan jatuhnya empayar Uthmaniah..dan semenjak dr itu atas nama perjanjian Balfour Palestin dihadiahkan kpd Yahudi.. btpa lmhnya umat Islam ktka itu... umat Islam sanggup berpecah belah atas keegoan masing2..akibatnya kita semakin jatuh...dan apa yg pernah terjadi dulu xmustahil akan berlaku sekali lagi...

utk umat Islam.. jika hari ini anda adlh peguam, jdilah peguam yg akan menegakkan Islam..jika hari ini anda adlh engineer gunakanlah kepakaran anda utk Islam, jika anda seorg pendidik, didiklah anak2 bangsa cintakan Islam...dan sesiapa saje xkirela anda siapa...kerana disitu peranan kt sbgai umat Islam....mslh kte adlh keegoan kt dan kt tidak bersatu..dengki sesm kite yg mn kt sdg melemahkan dri kt sndri.. mari renung sejenak...
p/s : amat kagum dgn keberanian Iran pabila bersendirian menegakkan kebenaran tentang isu nuklearnya meskipun dikecam hebat dengan kuasa besar dunia...
